Traveling?

Please call Falcon at 1-800-437-9392 before you leave and advise them of your trip. (You will have to hold for an operator, but give them your travel plans before you leave and they will enter them on your card. This will give them a "heads up" to prevent legitimate charges from being blocked or denied.)

General Info

Falcon monitors Credit Card fraud and if you fail to inform them of your trip a purchase, car rental or hotel expense may be declined. If you have a cell phone, call Hometown (217-228-2168) and ask them to put it on your card as the primary phone and anytime there is a questionable transaction, you will be contacted at that number.

If you will be using your Hometown Credit Union Debit Card, please call 1-800-537-5427, Shazam and let them know also. There is a daily ATM limit of $250 and you must use a Cirrus ATM. You will not be able to withdraw from a savings account in a foreign country. If the machine will accommodate it, you may transfer from savings to checking and then withdraw. If you lose your card(s) or they are stolen please call the following numbers:

For Visa credit card call 1-800-325-3678 to report your card lost or stolen. For Shazam debit card call 1-800-537-5427 and then lost/stolen. Or call hometown, 217-228-2168 during regular business hours and we will block your card(s) as you request.
