Loan Summary

  • Loan can be up to $7,000. For larger loans, you must take a mortgage loan. It does not have to be a first mortgage so any such mortgage will remain in tact.
  • Terms from 26 months to 7 years.
  • No penalty for early payoff.

Rates

The rate is Credit Union Cash Management Rate plus 3.5%. Please contact our office for the daily rate.

Application Process

  • Fill out our general application, and submit it online, fax it to us, or bring in a printed copy.
  • Bring in your bid / cost of improvements to be made, and who will be doing the work.
  • Bring in a copy of your latest real-estate tax bill.
  • Your loan can usually be approved during your visit to our office.
