Mobile Banking
Our newest service provided for our members is "Mobile Banking". You can access it by clicking on the mobile version of "ITsME24/7" and selecting Hometown Credit Union. If you have a texting device you can access your accounts from where ever you are, when ever you want to. Just go to hcuqcy.org and proceed as if you were at your laptop.
General Info
Go to our web site to conduct your CU business. Please feel free to read all the information on this site and utilize all of the services. We are always happy to see our members but if the snow is flying or you forgot to pay the water bill and remember it at 10:30 at night, use this convenience. Always read our Fee chart on the following pages so you will know what, if any, limitations are imposed.
E-Statements
We offer and encourage our members to utilize the e-Statement program. To sign up log in to "ITsME24/7", click on E-Statements and complete the data asked for. Or, call 228-2168 and have a teller sign you up. This service allows you to receive your monthly statements via the internet on our web site. Once you have enrolled you will receive notification via e-mail that your statement is ready. The statements for the previous 13 months will be available for viewing.
To Enroll In Bill Paying
On the "ItsME24/7" site click on Pay My Bills. Complete the data asked for and submit it. It will come to Hometown Credit Union to be verified and when we do so you will receive an e-mail telling you that you may start using it. This will take an entire day, so please be patient. There is a cost of $3.50 per month for using this service, but remember, no stamps to buy and since you control when your creditor receives it, no late fees.
